Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Please note, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Shipping Cost

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Refunds

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Restocking Fees
