Shipping Fee: Flat rate of £4.95 for all orders
Orders placed before 2 PM are processed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched on the next working day, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Standard delivery typically takes 2-4 working days, with 95% of orders arriving within this period.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the expected processing and dispatch time, there’s no need to worry—delays can sometimes happen. Please allow up to two additional working days. If your package still hasn’t been delivered after that, feel free to reach out to us at sales@majestysupplies.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please make the request as early as possible. Cancellations are only allowed before the order has been processed. Once it’s been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’ll need to follow the return process after receiving the order.
